Food&fitness, the weekender.

Oh, the weekend. This is usually the time where it's most difficult to keep our diets intact. I fell victim to my own laziness along with an increased diversity of food options that became available. Also, my power went out all weekend -- so, there's that.

Despite me fucking up this weekend, I did pretty well all of Saturday (yay me).

Gym time! I spent 25 minutes cycling between 80 and 90RPM with my heart rate remaining consistent between 130 and 140. I took a bathroom break since I met my water intake goal of a gallon at the gym. Then, I started on the treadmill with the highest incline (15) and a speed of 3. I did this for about 10 minutes and then I switched the incline to 0 and increased the speed periodically until I reached 5. I completed 5 miles on the bike and 1 on the treadmill bringing my mileage to 6 for the day. All of this totaled to 302 calories and it was time to go home -- didn't realize the gym closed early on Saturdays.

Pretty good right? Wait til you read about Sunday.

Did I stop there? Absolutely not. At 7pm I had two snacks. I had probably 450 calories worth of Salt and Vinegar chips along with a Guava Mamita's. Thankfully after this, I stopped eating like an animal. I did not meet my water intake goal and stayed at half gallon and didn't go to the gym. Disappointing, but tomorrow's a new day!
